Living in the Now

Living in the now How do we live in the now? Being right where we are, right now.   Allowing our-self to be in the now, living your space. Live life as beautiful and peaceful as you can, right now.   We suffer as we stay stuck in our past and in fear of what may be as we look at our future, but not living now.    Living now, present to be fully in our space, in our bodies in our life. This gives us peace, and joy in understanding that we live now, and allowing the past to be what was, and the future to be what will, and now is.   Living in the now also allows the body to let go of holding patterns. The body is a vessel, holding our past through emotions, these can be powerful in both positive and negative. When we live in the now we give the body permission to create space.
