What is "Metta Wellness"

Metta means "loving Kindness", Metta Wellness in your wellness in loving kindness. Bringing together the mind, body and spirit for a full circle of healing.

For me, I see that we all want, or strive to live in peace, harmony and balance with ourselves and the world around us. At Metta Wellness I feel it starts in the mind. The mind is a powerful element that can determine our peace and harmony. How we look at ourselves, our internal conversation, and the way we feel the world sees or views us. If we look at ourselves in pure loving kindness, we are going to walk out into the world full of love, inner strength and kindness.

With a healthy, positive and balanced mind, the body works in harmony. When we fall out of harmony in the mind the body will feel it through stress, inflammation, skin issues, anxiety over time this can result in an auto immune disorder. When the mind is struggling, and the body shares the disruption, the spirit disconnects.

When the mind, body and spirit are all connected, in unison we have the ability to move through the world in one, connected to the whole. When we are out of balance, in disharmony, we struggle to stay connected to self and the energetic space. A focus on the whole, mind, body and spirit are key to a live in balance, in harmony with ourselves and the natural world around us.

This to me is what Metta Wellness is all about, creating balance. We create balance through self, and through connection with the world around us. Join me as we create balance through Mind, Body and Spirit here at Metta Wellness.

Morning Mediation

Good Morning! Yes, starting the day with pranayama then meditation is my key to moving through this hectic world in a calm peace. When I work with my clients I am always looking at ways to find balance in the busy life we live. Starting your day off with pranayama( breathing technique) then into a mediation to start out in the day ready for everything. My meditation is the mantra, So Hum, as I sit and relax, I breath in So out Hum and find myself settling in, the energy balancing out and the thoughts and worries floating away. Find the way to start your day, creating an open space to relax and breath.
